When you contact the support team quite often the first thing you will be asked is, "what's your agent ID"? This is the code you enter when you first login to YesBookit on this page:

Each booking in YesBookit has one of these. You can find the Booking ID by going to the system tab in the booking:
The Booking ID can also be used to search for bookings in the system via the Booking Search:
Each property in YesBookit has a DMM ID and staff may ask you to identify the property using the DMM. You can find the DMM via Reports > Property Summary or in the Holiday Manager:
What browser are you using?
Sometimes different web browsers display pages differently. To help the support team troubleshoot issues you may be experiencing, they may ask you which browser you are using. If you're not sure, click on the link below:
What's your IP address?
Similarly, the team might ask you for your IP address, particularly when you're having trouble logging into YesBookit. You can find it by going to the following website:
Is the property selected in the Holiday Highway?
To see a list of your properties and where they're being fed to go to your Holiday Highway. Tools > Content Management > Listings > Holiday Highway
