Q. Are you going to allow people the option of paying at the time of booking?

If Yes then the booking mode for all properties needs to be set Online Bookings Allowed. Properties > Tariffs > modify property > Booking Mode

Q. Do you have any properties that you do not want people to be able to pay at the time of booking?
If so these properties need to be set to Request Bookings Only under Properties > Tariffs > Modify property > Booking Mode

Q. What types of credit cards do you accept?
Add these to the Cards Accepted field via Options > Settings > Payments

Q. Will you be charging a credit card fee?
If Yes enter this in the following format in the Credit Card Fee field via Options > Settings > Payments

Q. Have you updated your Terms & Conditions with credit card payment information?
Update your T&Cs via Tools > Document Library > Agent Terms & Conditions

Q. Are you going to use the Saved Card feature?
If Yes, follow the instructions in the Enabling Card saving article.


Q. Are you ready to add the Online Payment link to your email templates?

Example wording: To pay securely online at anytime proceed to Online Payment where you can pay the required deposit or balance of payments. Your unique Booking ID code is: -bref-
To create the link highlight the words Online Payment in the email template > click on YBI icon in editing tools in the Email Library > click on Online Payment link > Save Changes
