The Email Outbox can be found under the Tools menu. Here you can see and action all emails sent from your YesBookit system.

  • Emails are displayed in chronological order

  • Search for individual emails by using the fields under the column headings

  • Click on the blue YBI Booking ID to go into the booking

  • Click on the View button to preview the email

  • Resend emails by ticking the box on the left of the email, then click the Resend button on the right, which looks like this:

  • Successful status means the emails has been successfully sent from YesBookit

If you no longer want to receive the cc of all guest booking emails to your Admin email account, this can now be disabled via Options > Settings > General

Please note, emails in the Email Outbox are automatically archived and have their content deleted after 6 months.
