Q. I have a booking that comes up with this error - Err: A booking with this reference already exists - Transfer Failed, Contact Console Support. How do I fix this?
A. This typically means you already have a booking record in Console with the same Console Booking ID.
To resolve the error find the booking > edit > System tab > tick the Unlink box > Save Changes.
This will force Console to issue a new Booking ID for the booking.
