1. Select your Settings

Options > Settings > Booking tab > select booking modes


Cleaner notification activated

2. Customise the booking notification email

Tools > Email Library > Cleaner Email - Guest Booking Notification template

NB. Click on the green YBI button to add merge fields

3. Customise Cleaner report email

Tools > Email Library > Cleaner Email - Cleaner Report

4. Send email to Cleaner

Guests > Arrivals & Departures

  • Select filters

  • Select cleaner from drop-down list

  • Click Proceed

  • Click Send as Email

  • Add email address and notes to report

5. Cleaner receives email
