From Calendar > Tariff Schemes > edit Scheme:

  1. Select the Seasons from the drop-down list so that they display in priority* order

  2. Click on Fill to select a Season that will become the ‘Fill’ season (normally Off Peak or Low)

 * priority is normally from most expensive to least expensive


This option allows you to fill in all gaps on the calendar with your nominated season (usually Off Peak). This saves you having to enter your date pairs for your Low or Off Peak season.

  1. Once you have entered all other seasonal dates go to Calendar > Tariff Schemes > Display Calendar and use the Fill button to fill all gaps on the calendar with the your Low or Off Peak season
