The Post Departure Email feature allows you to send a bulk email notification to guests on or after departure.

This email can be automatically scheduled to go out a specified number of days after departure. See settings under Options > Settings > Bookings tab.

Firstly, check the email template wording:
Go to Tools > Email Library > Guest Email - Post Departure

Make any desired changes  > Save Changes


To send the email manually: 

  • Go to Guests > Post Departure Emails

  • Select the required date range (Note: You can only select up to 7 days at a time)

  • Click on Check Dates

  • Click on View List to see the list of guests

  • Select the guests you want to send the email to

  • Click 'Click here to send emails'
