Guest Reviews - Process

 While there are several steps to the reviews process, seamless notifications, automation and a centralised moderation team help simplify and streamline the process to ensure reviews integrity and efficiency.

 

 

The steps to the reviews process are summarised as follows:

  • Guest departs

  • Invite to submit review generated from site where booking was made – Stayz or YesBookit

  • Guest receives invite to submit review on property

  • Submits review either via link in email or via property page on relevant siteValidates emailEnters nick and review description and star ratings

  • Review moderated – accepted/rejected - takes approximately 48 hours

  • Guest notified by automated email from site of origin

  • Property Manager notified of new review

  • Review appears on site of origin

  • Batch job to post review on syndicated site

  • Property Manager may comment on review

  • Comment moderated – accepted/rejected - resubmit - takes approximately 48 hours

  • Comment posted on site of origin

  • Batch job to post review on syndicated site

What the guest sees:

 They click on Write Review

 

 

They enter their email address > Validate

They enter information on the Review form
