Q. I've added a new property in the Holiday Manager but it isn't showing up in YesBookit. Why not?

A. Common reasons for new properties not showing in YesBookit after you've entered them in the Holiday Manager are: 

  • You haven't clicked on Update Website for the property

  • The Mode field for the property is set to Inactive

  • The property hasn't been imported into YesBookit

To check these, firstly go to the Holiday Manager and do the following: 

  • Go into the property from Listings > Holiday and check the Mode is set to Active

  • Click on Save Changes and then Update Website

  • Go back to YesBookit and go to Properties > Import/Property List and then click on Import Product

If the property is still not showing please contact the Support team
