Possible reasons as to why a property listing coming from YesBookIt will not appear on Stayz.

Please follow these steps in order to ensure the listing is setup correctly:

Step 1: Check the property is set up correctly in YesBookit. (Refer to the support article 'Property not displaying on a 3rd party site')

Step 2: Check the photo sizes in Holiday Manager. The minimum requirements for photos to be added to Stayz is 1920px wide and 1080px high.

Step 3: Check your subscription limit. Your subscription limit will be found on your Stayz contract. If you are unsure then please click on the "Contact Us" link located at the bottom left of the Stayz Support page http://support.stayz.com.au/ for Stayz to provide you with a copy.

Step 4: Check if the property location exists. Stayz does not contain the entire list of areas therefore please go to the Stayz home page http://www.stayz.com.au and type in the location to see if it appears. If the location is not found then please click on the "Contact Us" link located at the very bottom left of the page for the Stayz customer service team to rectify this for you shortly thereafter.
