The Images and PDF Library is where you upload all images to insert into your owner and guest email communications, and all documents that you
wish to link to.
For example, load your logo as an image and Terms & Conditions, Guest Registration form and other forms to the Documents area.

Uploading Images

You can upload up to 20 images into the library to use in the Email Library

  1. In the main menu, go to Tools > Image & PDF Library

  2. Add an image description name in the first available image slot > click on the Choose File button to locate the image to upload > Save Changes at the top right of the list

Troubleshooting:

  • Not Saving? All images must be JPEGs and have a name in the description field

  • Wrong size? Make sure images are the correct size to insert into the templates prior to uploading into the library

Uploading Documents

Slots 1-10 can be included within Email Templates in the Email Library
Slots 6-10 can also be included within Owner Login Resources area.

  1. Scroll down to the Documents area

  2. Add a name to the Description field > Browse to locate the PDF or Word.doc

  3. Save Changes at the bottom of the page to load document to the library

  4. Click on the View button above the Document to check that it was loaded successfully

Troubleshooting:

  • Not Saving? Documents must be either a PDF or a Word.doc

  • All documents must have a name in the description field

You're now ready to start customising your email communications in the Email Library
