Step 1

Customise the Owner Email - Guest Booking Notification template
NB: You must first customise or at least save the email template otherwise the email will be blank.

  1. Go to Tools > Email Library

  2. Select Edit for the template Owner Email - Guest Booking Notification

  3. Modify the default wording and merge fields if required

  4. Save

Step 2

Enabling the feature in the configuration settings

  1. Go to Options > Settings then Bookings tab

  2. Scroll down the page to the field Owner Notification

  3. Select for which booking modes (Pending, Confirmed, Cancelled) an email should be sent notifying the owner of a new booking or a booking mode change. NB. You can select more than one mode

  4. Save Changes
