Customise the Owner Email - Guest Booking Notification template
NB: You must first customise or at least save the email template otherwise the email will be blank.
Go to Tools > Email Library
Select Edit for the template Owner Email - Guest Booking Notification
Modify the default wording and merge fields if required
Save

Enabling the feature in the configuration settings
Go to Options > Settings then Bookings tab
Scroll down the page to the field Owner Notification
Select for which booking modes (Pending, Confirmed, Cancelled) an email should be sent notifying the owner of a new booking or a booking mode change. NB. You can select more than one mode
Save Changes
