Set your preferences
Every office wants different preferences, so we have added the ability for you to set your own defaults! Your Admin users can now set your preferences for how the Quick Search and the full Guest Bookings search work for your office. They just need to visit Options > Settings and on the "default settings" tab to set:
The sort order - do you want to sort search results by arrival date, departure date, booked date or user? And do you want the oldest bookings at the top or the newest?
The date mode - do you want to default the full search to search for bookings based on the date they were booked, the date they arrive or depart? Or maybe you want to look at all bookings by default.
The date range - how far back in your history do you want to search for guests?
The booking modes - which booking modes do you want to include in search results? Just confirmed bookings, confirmed and pending, or something else?
These preferences will be applied to the Quick Search, and you will see them pre-filled in the Guest Booking search form.
Please note that this setting is saved at a business level by your Admin user, so whatever settings you save will be shown to all agents in your office.
Easily search all bookings
Even when you have set your preferences, the new Guest Booking search makes it easy to search all bookings for property bookings or specific guests. Simply hit the "All Dates" button.
